Nice rod/reel case for the price. I don't need to loosen the crank handle on my size #40 reel, but I would if packing it a long way. My 2-piece 7 ft rod fits within the case easily with the reel on. I was able to insert (2) 2-piece rod/reel combos in the case with the crank handles loosened. 1 7 ft rod with size 40 reel and a 6 � ft rod with size 30 reel. Free shipping took 6 days, but I live near the West coast and it shipped from the East coast.
